Matthew Miller - Director, Adobe Experience Practice Lead at Rightpoint
Matt Miller is the founding president of NCSC. Matt is a graduate of Hoover High School as a three year letterman. He coached at Hoover from 2010 to 2019 and was the varsity assistant coach for back to back district titles in 2018 and 2019. Matt is a USSF D licensed coach. He has been coaching since 2006 at the travel and high school levels. Matt coaches multiple NCSC Academy teams and is the Academy Director. Matt went to the University of Dayton, graduating with a degree in Computer Science. He currently has two children playing for NCSC at the academy and travel levels. Matt and his wife, Erin, reside in Alliance Ohio with their six children.

Tom Nunziato - Curriculum Consultant at Stark County Educational Service Center
Tom Nunziato is the Vice President of NCSC. Tom is a life-long soccer fan which is evident given his long history of coaching at the youth level through high school varsity, managed teams and still officiates today in his "free time". He has two sons, one currently playing with NCSC and one playing at the High School level. Tom and his wife, Stacy, reside in North Canton and are always on sidelines of their sons' games to cheer on the team. Tom is looking forward to growing the Club and watching North Canton kids develop a love for the game!

Lauren Connors - Executive Assistant at Buckeye Corrugated, Inc.
Lauren Connors has served on the Board for NCSC since 2020 and as been newly elected as Secretary. Lauren's love of soccer runs deep starting with her own youth soccer playing and now comes full circle while cheering on her kids from the sidelines. Lauren is determined to grow NCSC into the best community soccer program that it can be while serving the North Canton community. Lauren and her husband, Mike, reside in North Canton and both of their children have played for NCSC since it's inception in 2019.

Brian Girdlestone - Hoover Girls Varsity Coach, NCSC Founder, Guidance Counselor at Hoover High
Brian Girdlestone has been with the Hoover Girls Varsity soccer team since 2004 and Varsity Head Coach since 2012. Brian was named 2016 Stark County Girls Division 1 Coach of the Year, and Federal League Girls Coach of the Year in 2014. He has coached teams into the 2014 and 2016 district finals. Brian started playing soccer at age 4 in Sydney, Australia and was a 4-year varsity player. He graduated from St. Aloysius High School in Sydney, and played soccer, tennis and cricket. He graduated college from Walsh University where he received his bachelor’s degree with a double major in Psychology and Finance. He later earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and Master’s in School Counseling, also from Walsh. He is a guidance counselor at Hoover High School .
Brian is the Travel Girls Director of Coaching for NCSC and volunteers his time serving on the NCSC board. He resides in North Canton with his wife Marcie, and their four sons, Nathan, Thomas, Brian and Timothy.
Boys' Soccer Director, 2019-present
Jonathan Zahn - Hoover Boys Varsity Coach, North Canton City Schools PE Teacher
Jonathan Zahn is a graduate of Mount Union University where he was a member of the men’s soccer team. He currently teaches physical education in North Canton City Schools. Jonathan had served as an assistant coach at Hoover and as of 2020 is the Boys Varsity Coach. He was also an assistant coach at his alma mater, Brunswick High School. Jonathan is the Travel Boys Director of Coaching for NCSC, volunteers his time serving on the board and is heavily involved with all of the day-to-day operations of the Club. Jonathan and his wife, Jacquelyn, reside in North Canton and recently celebrated the birth of their son, Jameson, in 2022.

Beth Kostur - Supply Chain Planner for The Timken Company, Soccer Mom
Beth Kostur has served on the Board for NCSC since 2022 by helping the Club with community involvement and events. She has watched countless hours of soccer while cheering on her boys. She is married, lives in North Canton and has three children: one son plays for NCSC, one son plays for Hoover High School and one daughter who had no choice but to become a soccer fan.

Melissa Wilson - Insurance Supervisor, Dietrich and Associates
Melissa Wilson has served on the Board for NCSC since 2022 working to foster an even stronger sense of community though club held family events and fundraisers. Melissa and her husband Jeff reside in North Canton and have two children. Their daughter currently plays for NCSC. Melissa and Jeff both played soccer in their youth and enjoy watching their daughter and her teammates learn and grow in such a great sport.
