We are a North Canton community program that is open to all skill levels. NCSC has a competitive travel and academy development program. Our programs are focused on player development for ages 4 to 15. NCSC is committed to providing a fun, competitive, learning environment for our players and their families. Our directors our the High School Varsity coaches and most of our coaches are former Hoover players. While we are not a school program we are tightly aligned with the High School programs and school system.
Our academy is for boys and girls ages 4 - 8 with a mission to prepare players with a foundation to be successful in a competitive team environment. Within the academy, there are two levels: Little Vikings for first and second year soccer players ages 4 - 6 and Junior Vikings for players preparing for travel soccer ages 6 - 8. Learn all about our academy programs (Link to Academy Page).
Our Travel program is a competition for boys and girls ages 8 to 15. NCSC travel teams are birth year based teams playing in Ohio Travel Soccer League (OHTSL) with other North East Ohio community based clubs. We do not hold tryouts or cut players from our community teams but we recommend players with previous soccer experience for this program. Learn all about our travel program (Link to travel page)
Our year starts in Fall and consists of three sessions: fall, winter, and spring. Registration for each session will open approximately 3 months before the season begins, allowing for team creation, player carding, and coach assignments. Each season has separate registration and players can play all or select sessions based on their availability and desire. We will accommodate players who compete at Premier levels for soccer or other sports.
